Is it too late for my pink princess? What is this fungus and can I get rid of it? She was fine until I moved her to another room. Could it be the pot? Soil? Or location? I water once a week or if she’s dry

That looks like mold. I would dig it up and check the roots. It needs a chunky soil. Ypu can also douse the roots with 1:3 peroxide to kill and mold or fungus

I literally have no idea what it is but if it is a growth I’d propagate the healthy stuff like sunny said

Clean up all the dead bits. They are feeding the fungus and can attract pests that live off decay like fungus gnats. Follow Wolfen’s advice to change out the soil and disinfectant. It will need good lighting, regular fertilizer and proper watering to help it recover. You may have to propagate the best parts if it doesn’t recover.🍀🪴
