   Hey Cat, looks like your philodendron might be dealing with a mix of stress and possible rot. The holes could be from physical damage or low humidity, and that black leaf sounds like it didn’t get enough airflow or stayed too wet. I’d check the soil—make sure it’s not soggy—and trim any mushy or damaged parts. If it’s near a draft or heater, try moving it somewhere more stable. You’re catching it early, so with a little cleanup and quarantine care, it should bounce back! Also no fertilizer until stable
