Care tips please.. I just received a Philodendron, Ring of Fire.. It came with the leaves all bent and twisted, the leaves are going every direction, after some time acclimating will it fix itself? Also, Does a PROF need a coco coir pole? I know most philodendrons are climbers, just wasn't sure about this one... Pictures of "Johnny Cash" coming soon! Thank you in advance! Update: Johnny Cash is thriving in his new environment, growing a little wonky, but healthy. Here's the photos I promised.

      Thank you, I seen "Ring of Fire" instantly thought Johnny Cash 🤍 Now, I need a June Carter ! 😂

    Is the plant damaged or just growing crazy? If its damaged it will need time to heal and may not be the same again. If its growing crazy you can just let it do that. From what im seeing on google, lots of rings of fire are freaky growers. He has personality!

      Also, you dont need a pole for plants that arent vines :) We use those so philodendrons grow big healthy leaves instead of pathetic hanging strings.

      Yes, he has a lot of personality and thriving, growing crazy 🤣 but a healthy boy! Thank you for the info on the coco coir poles, I always see everyone on YouTube putting their Philodendrons on moss/coco poles and wasn't sure.. I'm so glad he does require one. Those give me a headache.. 😂
