Please help! What is going on? I water once a week. Bright indirect light. Do I need to fertilize? Water more/less?

    Go even less light. Only water when the soil is dry. Also, huge pet peeve of mine, what the hell is the point on the moss pole if youre going to let it dangle like that. Does that plant even have nodes that attack to moss poles. You people drive me crazy with the moss poles

      Literally how this plant grows. But I don't see one among the 3 plants you own. So maybe don't go hard, if you're not familiar with a plant????

    That looks like the start of fungus, when its brown spots with yellow halo. I'd spray with an Antifungal every 3 days for 3x . The love light, so I wouldn't lower the light at all. Otherwise you'll get even less guttation and MORE fungal. What is your humidity like? 1x a week may be perfectly fine. Especially if ypu aren't seeing yellow edges, I water mine about every week as well. In higher humidity here in PNW

      Thank you! I’m new to plants so I’m in Houston and always assume there’s enough humidity but maybe I should get a meter now that I have several plants.

      If its humid there, that watering should be okay. I'd definitely still recommend a hygrometer, they are great to have around. I have the Govee ones that are both humidity and water, and they also connect to an app on the phone. So you can check it when not at home. And set alerts if it goes above or below a certain temp/humidity

      I forgot to mention mines in a south window with lots of indirect light. Plus there's a grow light about 14" above that table. I just slowly worked it uo to that much light, but it loves it.
