Hi everyone! My white princess was my first ever plant but she’s doing a bit rough. I would be devastated to lose her. Does anyone know what I could do different to perhaps make her happier? She has new growth but loses it quickly. She’s in indirect light and about 3 weeks ago I replanted her.

Definitely take it out of the decorative pot when you water to allow drainage. I have the same plant and actually moved it to leca. But I would recommend changing the soil and into the same pot but I worry about root rot with those yellow leaves.

Thank you! I checked for root rot and luckily she seems to be healthy. The big yellow stem was from a leaf I accidentally broke off :( I’ll change her soil soon! I rly appreciate it 🫶

Do you fertilise? Could be it’s not getting the nutrients to support new growth

I haven’t yet, but I do have fertilizer. I’ll give her some. Thank you!

Of course!! Tap water has little to no nutrients so a good fertiliser every other few watering will help out :)

Also, when you repot, check to see if she is being strangled to death by one of those mesh peat pot things that they start them out in when they are babies. 9 times out of 10, that’s what is wrong with the the plants that I have that are struggling.
