PlantlifeI have a pink princess (who refuses to be pink lol) and her new leaves look a lot like this! I obviously donāt want to tell you wrong but when I saw it thatās what I thought of (picture of a new leaf thatās about to unravel on mine for comparison)

Yes, new leaf. It's inside a cataphyll that will eventually separate from the leaf and let the leaf unfurl.
