One of my philodendron’s leaves is a little droopy, it’s just the one leaf, the rest are great but it has been getting progressively worse. I repotted it about a month ago into a clear nursery pot and there are tons of new roots and from what I can tell, no root rot. Also quick question how will my philodendron’s new leaf start to grow, and is it normal for the stem to look like that when growing new leaves. It has been about a month from the last new leaf so when will the next one start to appear? Thank you in advance!!!

    It looks like a Dragon Tail (Rhaphidophora Decursiva) which is not a philodendron. They are under the same family, but, a different genus than philodendrons. This is genus Rhaphidophora. I have several that I propagated in water. Yours could be focused on growing roots to fill the pot before focusing on growing vines/leaves. This can happen after a recent repot. You can encourage leaf growth by placing it in bright light and regularly fertilizing. I add SuperThrive Plant vitamins to my plants whenever I fertilize to boost the growth. đŸȘŽđŸ€

      Leaf drop could be an old leaf, watering issues, or low light.

    Oooo I just purchased one of these and I’m excited for my leaves to start doing that. Apparently mine is currently focused on growing as tall as it can get vertically. 😆
