Before I purchase, can anyone tell me if this is actually a pink micans? Google is giving me mixed information on whether or not this plant is chemically treated to make it pink or if itās something that with bright enough light will stay pink.
Iām not sure you can know from a picture. Your best bet is to buy from a nursery you trust.

Keep in mind that usually once the hype dies down plants become easier to find, cheaper, and less scammers trying to offload fakes. šš

I would only buy a pink micans that look like the photo. These range from $80 to $200. Too expensive to risk buying the one above. šŖ“š
The one I posted isnāt anywhere near that price so should I take that as a sign that it isnāt a pink version?
1 gilla I canāt say if it is not. You could have found a buyer pricing it lower because itās not pink yet. I donāt know. You could ask the buyer why the cutting/plant does not have pink leaves if itās a true pink micans. Itās a risk you have to determine if you want to take. Maybe the price is low enough for you to risk it. I checked the pink micans selling on the Etsy app to come up with the price range. šŖ“š
