My cousin sent me a pic of her plant with light yellow spots on its leaves. I’ve told her some things to check. Curious what anyone else thinks. I don’t meant the one leaf that’s turned a little yellow (although that might be an indicator lol) but the 2 leaves in the front that have spots on them. She said the hygrometer showed about between dry and moist when she watered it a couple days ago. She’s checked the drain hole and can’t see any roots. Next she’s gonna check underside of leaves and top of soil. I’ve sent her some pics of what to look for but I’m still fairly new to plants so looking for extra help please :)
My Arrowhead is looking a bit sad…what am I doing wrong? She lives in a southeast window. Maybe not enough sun? Any advice is greatly appreciated 💚
Just downloaded the app less than 5 minutes ago! I need help nursing this golden (Goldie) pathos back to health ! I recently moved and had her in direct sun for a couple days.:( I moved her completely out of the sun (she’s 10 feet from a window) and she just seems to be deteriorating. I just recently put her where she was in this pic to get some sun for a little bit …Please give me some tips if you know anything ♥️🙏
BEHOLD: The best plant I’ve ever had. She started as a tiny baby in IKEA and has grown gloriously since 2019. 💚
Why is this bare stem not growing?
My neon pothos isn’t growing very well and is kinda droopy…is it the pot?
(Please ignore that there’s currently no water in this jug, just brought it back in the car!! It has since been refilled) Hi! Does anyone know what pothos this is specifically? I was given it as my parents are moving and they are trying to declutter. I’m also wondering, do pothos’ grow well in water? That’s how my parents had kept it for a few years but it’s obviously quite droopy. Might just be that the jug needs a good clean and a swap out of water more frequently though. Any help is appreciated, thanks!!
Can anyone please help me out? I have no idea what kind of plant I just purchased and I am very new to the plant party.
Bought this golden pothos recently and it’s started to form brown spots on some leaves. It’s not due to be watered for another 5 or so days.. soil is also not bone dry so can’t be underwatered… Lack of light maybe? Set up below. Could this be too far from windows? Or something else?
I bought this Marble Queen about a year and a half ago. As she’s grown her colors are changing. One side has a lot more white, looking more like snow queen. And this other side has new leaves that resemble Jessenia mutation. Is that possible? I know snow queen and Jessenia are just mutations of the epi, so could I clip those and make a new ‘Jessenia’?
what scindapsus pictus is this
this one leaf on my golden pothos has slowly been turning yellow.. it had the black spot before i got it but i accidentally overwatered last time and the yellow is a result… will it ever go back to green or will it continue to yellow?
If anyone knows what any of these are, lmk!
He’s finally doing so much better from root rot imma so happy! Less and less brown spots dw!
Anyone know what this is? It always looks wrinkly and too wet but it’s grown a ton. No clue how to take care of it 🤷🏻♀️
Hi I repotted my plant a few days ago and ever since the leaves has been turning yellow. Help please what’s going on
Hello, I been having trouble with my silver pothos. I’ve had the plant for less than a year, I’m surprised it hasn’t died. I repotted it about 6 months ago. It was in my office about a month ago and it wasn’t loving it so I moved her to the bathroom where she gets light and humidity. She’s been misbehaving since she has arrived. Her leaves are always curled even with a good watering schedule. Please help
So I changed my pearls n jade and snow queen to water bc they was suffering from root rot do you think it’ll help? I fertilized the water before putting them in there. I ordered them off of Walmart and they already had root rot I’ve had them for about a month and the seem ok but still has rotting roots I had them in soil since I got them just asking if y’all think it’s the best idea for them
Can anyone explain to me why Planta recommends coco coir for planting golden pothos versus tropical soil for marble queen pothos? I have a giant bag of coconut coir, and as far as my experience goes both varieties are very hardy and have the same growing needs, but I’d hate to do anything to disturb my biggest marble queen!
