Hello lovelies! Looking for assistance in identifying two types of plants I got today. The lady told me but I didn’t write them down… I don’t think the app is ID-ing them correctly. I believe she said the first one is some kind of calathea and the second one some type of ficus but it doesn’t look like the other ficus I have… Thanks so much for your help, I appreciate it!

I have absolutely no idea what this is, or where it came from for that matter. it just kinda showed up one day lol. It seems to be surviving on being watered only when the soil is completely dry, and its in direct sunlight if that helps. It’s also a bit more redish on the bigger parts in real life.

I’ve had this fig-like species since October of last year. I got it for free from a plant shop that was having trouble keeping it alive. They didn’t know exactly what is was, but I wondering if anyone knew the exact species. Planta is saying Common Fig but I’m thinking it might be Fiddle Fig Leaf.

Help needed❕ The app tells me this plant is either a Philodendron or a Bird of Paradise (for the record I’ve never seen it produce the little bird-like flower) so any advice would be appreciated 🙏🏻

Hi guys! So I have this really pretty plant that my mom gave me. She said it is a Begonia and by the leaf shape I believe it is but what type of begonia? I would say a wax begonia but I don’t trust my identification skills.
