Can anyone ID these roses? These are all on one bush and planta is having a hard time narrowing it down. I’ve never cared for roses and I just moved into a house with several rose bushes. We are renting and in charge of landscaping. This is just one of them! I’m in Northern California.

Beginner here 😊 rescued this plant from work and after propagating this was my repot result. Can anyone tell me what this is? iPhone says an American evergreen or syngonium macrophyllum/podophyllum. Also are the lime green leaves okay? Thinking it might be a variegation 🤞
