Hi! New here, and looking for some help. I’ve had this tree (?) that doesn’t flower, grow new leaves, or thrive no matter what I do. Can anybody help me? I’ve had 2 of these shrubs for about 4 years and I’ve been trying to get 2 more. I thought they were false heather/mexican heather because they have blooms like a false heather (added a pic of a heather in bloom for reference) but I got 2 heathers last year and they just didn’t seem right compared to these. I also know they are not Texas sage because I tried that too. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks.
