currently I only have 3 Hoya. but I am loving the genus so far! Hoya carnosa compacta, Hoya pubicalyx splash, and Hoya mathilde splash!

The new Hoya that I got and y’all identified for me needed to be repotted, I did that last night and hung it where my other Hoyas are doing well. There are areas on it that I’m unsure what to do with them-cut off? leave them be?-I don’t know🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️I’ll post photos so you can see what I mean, as my explanation would most likely be unclear. Thanks for any advice you have and really hoping someone can guide me in what to do. And the why😊

Aphids find all the new growth and peduncles before you. 😤😠 Thankfully, a few spritz of isopropyl alcohol clears that right up on my Hoya Mathilde propagations.

Hi! I have a large collection of plants, but slightly embarrassed to say I’ve never had any Hoyas! I just received a very large collection of cuttings, and I’m having difficulty identifying some of them. I THINK these are Hoyas, but I could be wrong as one other turned out to be a Peperomia instead. If anyone could help me identify these I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you!! (I can’t add them all to the post so I will add the other two in the comments) I’ll also mention I have more cuttings I need to identify, but they’re not Hoyas so I didn’t want to post them here. If you think you may be able to help I can send those as well.

My wishlist plant, Hoya Pubicalyx x Fungii, has arrived!😍 It has the dark color and veining of a Hoya Fungii and a larger elongated shape of a Pubicalyx leaf. The new leaves feel thin like a Multiflora’s leaf. The older leaves are firm like both plants. 💚💚💚

Just got 2 new Hoya plants and I don’t know what type of Hoya they are. The big one just said Pubicalyx and the other just says Hoya. Thanks for help in identifying what they are🌱

Another eternal leaf growing hoya, Hoya Heuschkeliana, in with Hoya Heuschkeliana variegated. Both are pink flowers varieties. The plain leaf variety puts out gorgeous dark leaves in morning sun. So, I’m not complaining.

I happily thought my Hoya Cumingiana had finally bloomed. But, nope! The peduncle and flower buds are from the Hoya Obovata next to it. I think my Cumingiana is just happy putting out new leaves. Still counting it as a blessing. 😄

I was about to trim my Hoya Krohniana Super Silver because it’s too long and lost leaves during the winter. Then, I saw two peduncles started putting out flower buds again. I’m still going to cut the other vines keeping the two vines with the peduncles. 🌸
