My Hoya Elliptica finally put out a full healthy set of blooms and they are very juicy! The nectar has a light sugary flavor. I’m not sure if it will attract ants since it’s outside on a stool.
Before you ask, I’m not a card carrying member of the hoya licking community! I didn’t even know nectar eating was a “thing” until recently! Hoya people be different!😄

The scent is almost identical to Bob Mackie perfume.

Hoya Miari Jaya. Stunning purple colors.

The bloom of Hoya sweet scent. Weird how this photo (taken at night) looks painted.

I just got this rope Hoya and I’d like to propagate it because it only has one stem - any thoughts on how to do this?

Love this sooo much!

Hoya is flowering! Do you like the smell? Reminds me of my childhood.

Hey, hey guys….look at this one….☺️. I just discovered this a few minutes ago... My humble and rare Hoya Noona Pink has welcomed me with her first flower bud. Now....I just hope it will keep going healthily till it flourishes....🤞🏼🙏🏼🌸

I moved my Hoya Krohniana back outside post Hurricane. I bagged the seed pods to collect the tiny seeds. A second seed pod has opened. The under developed seed pods are turning black. I’m assuming the moves inside and out are stressful for the plant.

My new 2 Hoya Retusa…..hard not to love this particular foliage. Now, hoping to have them bloom at some point in the future….if that lucky 🍀🤞🏼By the way…..is there anyone like me that at times (many!) buy not one but two plants of the same genre? 🤦🏻♂️😱🤣

I have very few (maybe 4) small leaf Hoya’s because they’re just not my jam.
But this little one..
She has my whole heart.
I love the different hues each leaf turns as it hardens off to that deep dark green.
If you’re a small leaf Hoya person, which would you highly recommend and why?
My addiction may be taking a new turn depending on your answers💚

Seed pods! I never expected to see seed pods on a hoya! My Hoya Krohniana Super Silver put out a few seed pods with some still developing. One pod fell off while I started taking pictures. Then, it opened up about 30 minutes later! I will try to germinate the seeds. 🌱💚💚💚

My Hoya Kentiana has been a vigorous grower since last September when I got her. It’s a beautiful plant with no variegations. It’s an easy care plant. It gets dark leaf margins when Sun stressed. I didn’t expect any blooms this year. So, it rarely occupies my time except to pull off snails and to water, fertilize and admire how well behaved it is!. I noticed it has a hidden peduncle when I moved it inside during hurricane prep activities! This is the first blooms!🪴💕♥️💕

Can anyone tell me what these marking are on my hoya fungii. She sits under a grow light in my cabinet, top leaf is fine. Water when dry and roots look fine. Can't see any pests with my microscope

My Hoya Mathilde is growing a long vine but no leaves. I thought it was a trialing hoya that didn’t need a trellis. Help! Any ideas?

I have finally managed to get hold of this beauty. Hoya Bella Variegata
