Finally did a small garden upgrade today with a small mesh greenhouse!! Definitely hella me to organise the space a bit better instead of so many plants on the floor everywhere (Imgs cropped for privacy)

Ok. According to Google Lens, and the woman who lives across the street from me, this is not a hot pepper plant. Both tell me this is a Jimmy Nardello Sweet Pepper plant. The woman across the street also told me this bright red guy is ready for picking today, Tuesday, 28 Jul 2026. The plant has another 10 peppers, a varying size, that are still growing. Like Iâve said before, Iâm not much of a (spicy) pepper kind of guy. Iâm the type who loves a three course meal consisting of: - Cesar Salad (made from scratch with anchovies & a lot of garlic) - Steak Diane (done medium rare with lots of ground pepper corns), a baked potato with sour cream & chives, and any vegetable - and last a chocolate mousse with an Irish Coffee Ahh those were the days.

help! iâm finding holes in my basil and dead grasshoppers on my balcony. does anyone have any suggestions in preventing them from eating my basil?? (itâs only the basil, NONE of my other plants)

Hello everyone, first time gardener here. I had a few rotten Guilin potatoes and decided to plant them. Today I noticed these small buds that have emerged. Can someone please tell me what this means? I e tried looking it up on AI to no avail. Thanks in advance 9/25 update My harvest was a huge success. I expected nothing from just sticking a few potatoes in the ground ! Iâm very proud of myself for a newbie

How do you tell if patio snacker cucumber and sweet peppers are ripe?

anyone have an idea why this is happening? these are apricot/peach hybrids, they are under the exact same conditions and one of them is nearly 3" taller than the other. they were moved out of cold strat at the same time and sprouted at the same time, and were separated into different pots when they were both about 3" tall. neither are sick and i'm not super worried, just curious. is it just a genetic matter because they're hybrids & not identical?

Is there a chance I could get any tomatoes from this plant? Itâs a Mr.Stripey and was in a really small pot from March to June. Iâm now seeing these flowers, but they look a little small. The one closest to the camera was the first one I saw and has been the same size for about a week.
