Does anyone know what these are? I found them on my Asian pear tree this morning.

    Those are aphids, they eat the sap off your plants and will kill them. Squish as many as you can find then you can spray with washing up liquid and water mix

    I look up to anyone who can squish them!😬 Knocking them off with garden hose is my first option. Buying ladybugs and preying mantises to clear them off is a good non chemical option if the pot is outside.

      You can if you don’t mind the bugs flying around. There are bug garden netting that could be used to keep the beneficial insects on the plants. Search online for garden mesh/netting, pest/bird/insect barrier.

    I suggest neem oil diluted with water and sprayed with a garden sprayer. 100% from nature and it will kill those dead in their tracks. 😄
