I live in Wisconsin and we just bought a new house. This is a photo of the garden in the backyard. When we moved in, it was November and I didn't do any fall garden prep. The brussel sprout stems have now turned into popsicles and I don't know what to do to prep for Spring. It apparently even has a watering system but I didn't know what to do with it to winterize it so I'm afraid it's probably frozen and broken. I am new to all of this but really want to give it a try. What is my first step? What should I be doing in January in Wisconsin to prep this garden for the Spring?
