Hi everyone, This is my first time trying out a bigger veggie garden, I am in zone 7b (Knoxville, TN), I planted red and yellow onions around the end of April, they are now wilted. Can anyone tell me why or if that is normal! Thank you in advance!
More than likely underwatering, over-watering or maybe transplant shock will they transplanted or no
0개 좋아요 No they came in a bag from Walmart like the one i inserted, we got really heavy rain last week so maybe over watered, if they are how many days should I wait to water again if we have a few days worth of heavy rain?
I'm in Indiana I get it but I personally grow onions and a 5 gallon bucket also garlic

Try sticking your finger or a stick a few inches into the soil to check the moisture.

0개 좋아요 Yeah you just have to stick your finger in the soil a few inches down to be able to tell it's hard to say when you should water again it has to do with the soil the weather the drainage ect
