HELP‼️ My bell pepper plant has recently grown exponentially and now has a broken limb! This limb has managed pepper babies on it… What should I do? Stick it directly in soil? Or is it now a lost cause??

    I’m still a noob, but when One of my chillie plants did that I staked it and tied it to the stake as if it were back in its OG position. After a few weeks it kinda healed itself and is growing fine now. (Even got some chillie flowers on it now!) mine wasn’t a full break, it just bent and broke nearly all the way through. It was maybe attached about 25% to the main stem. My guess is if it’s still attached to the plant and producing it still getting nutrients from the main plant and it might not root if you cut and plant it, esp if there’s peppers starting on it. If the rest of the plant seems fine, I’d leave it. But again I’m still a noob so maybe other more experienced gardeners can weigh in.

      I did the same thing with a bell pepper plant in 2021❤️ It worked out 💪🏽

    This happens all the time! It’s so annoying! I would clip all of the baby peppers off and throw them in a brown paper bag, this will make them ripen. Then like was mentioned before, tie it to a stake and stick it in the ground! Hope this helped!

    Thanks everyone. It’s completely broken off, so I guess I’ll take all the littles off and stick the branch in the soil. Wish me luck!
