They are also in a green house for the winter. Could this cause the water to not transpire as needed?

Thank you!! I’m wondering if they would be healthy outside although it is cold or indoors in the house.

Most pineapple aren't cold hardy. Inside would probably be better if that's an option. I cant think of anyway to isolate it in a greenhouse that'd lower the humidity for it.

SunnyPineapples do well in high humidity environments. Check the humidity levels in the greenhouse. The issue could just be too much water given to the plants. The transpiration process has a limit on the amount of water it can release from the plant even if the humidity levels are ideal. Moving the plants to a new location won’t fix the overwatering issue when the plants are watered too often. I recommend allowing the soil to dry more between watering if you determine it’s not a too high humidity issue. 🍀🪴
