What kind of peppers are these? They are still looking a little bit young if they’re mild banana peppers (pepperoncini). If they’re jalapeños, wait til they’re dark green and firm

I always recommend cutting the first ones early a just pushing them down into the soil. I do this to all my peppers plants and they get bigger and produce more
