What kind of peppers are these? They are still looking a little bit young if they’re mild banana peppers (pepperoncini). If they’re jalapeños, wait til they’re dark green and firm

Okay reading the tag, they’re sweet peppers. I would give the big one another 2 days and the smaller ones 5-7 before picking

TwinnI always recommend cutting the first ones early a just pushing them down into the soil. I do this to all my peppers plants and they get bigger and produce more
