Hi there! I’m completely new to herb gardens, but I’d like to start one if possible. I have a 20 gallon tank that once was a terrarium for my garden snails, but I’d like to repurpose it to become an indoor herb garden. If anyone has any tips to share, or suggestions as to which herbs would survive an indoor garden for them, any help would be very greatly appreciated.
The plants will need drainage that is not available in a terrarium. You can use the terrarium to hold potted plants when starting seedlings. It can keep the humidity elevated.
1 me gusta I see! Thank you! That’s good to know. I thought the humidity factor that made the terrarium good for my snails would help the herbs, but thanks for the tip about drainage! Definitely don’t want any root rot or anything.
