Would now be a good time to harvest this baby bok choy? 4 plants, each in a 10 or 12 inch pot. when you extend them, they for sure aren't more than a foot long, but they're also definitely more than 8 inches.

    They look good to me, but I habe never grown any. They look like the ones my parents buy at the market. I will be trying some indoors this season (I am in hot Florida, so too late to plant those outside).
