Pests are beginning to eat at my basil plant, i don't want it to get worse but am not sure of what to do first time gardener.

    Hi there! We spray our herb and veggie plants with neem oil. It helps a lot!

    Look up companion plants 😊 chives, marigolds, and other things can deter pests

      Society garlic is a decorative flowering plant that deters pests. It’s one of my favorites to plant with edible plants.

    Natria brand neem oil, spray over the entire plant. make sure it’s in the evening, i burned my basil plant doing it in the morning! be warned, it’s got a strong… onion/tomato-y smell? it evaporates and won’t mess with the taste of your herbs. an EXTRA measure is watering with a solution of 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 5 parts water. won’t damage the roots, itll kill any eggs laid in the soil.
