I made 2 gallons of liquid fertilizer and only used 1 gallon. My next round is in a week. Is it ok to keep the mixture for a week? Or should I dump the unused fertilizer?

    Personally I do not. The nutrients can tend to grow things, and get murky and bad smelling. It will depend on the type of fertilizer though. If you don't want to waste ot, worth a shot. But id seal it up, and then inspect it before using for any discoloration or smells

    I always have fertilizer mixed up in containers on my counter, saves me from mixing it each time I need it. I can't say how long it sits there, as I just use it and refill as necessary. As for things growing, I've never had a problem, but I also have it in closed jugs, so maybe that makes the difference. Only thing I've had, is some of the minerals settling out occasionally.
