Does these sweet bell pepper have any hope is it going through the dormant stage? The first one is one I have had for years and then I have a baby pot so there are two.

    bell peppers do go dormant, as they are actually tropical perennials. however, if you are in the northern hemisphere, they should not be dormant at this time of year. this means they are too cold and do not receive enough light.
