Hi, people! I have another pestering question about (baby) potatoe harvesting. Some potatoes have been dry and crispy for some time but others still look like they’re in their prime. How should I go about harvesting so it’s not too late for some (I’m worried solanine production) but not too early for others?

    you don't have to wait for it to die back. you can pull them all out, harvest some of the potatoes on the still-green ones, and then put the green ones back. they'll make more potatoes.
