Any ideas on what to do with small amounts of homegrown strawberries? My strawberry plant is producing beautiful berries, but it’s a young plant so the yield is quite low. Don’t wanna waste them though! Suggestions for how to use them?

    Fruit salad is a good choice! Here is a recipe that I thought looked good: 3 pink or red grapefruits Cut them into small chunks Your homegrown strawberries Cut them too 3 cups of red grapes Slice them in half Add on top Vanilla syrup and you can make that by combining the following ingredients over a medium heat stove in a saucepan: 1/2 cup of sugar Zest and juice of one grapefruit 1/2 vanilla bean Then store this, and the next day add some raspberries and some thinly sliced mint!

    Or you can make a brownie square and top it with some vanilla ice cream and but the strawberries on top of it. Then you have a Neapolitan brownie thing! It’s messy but really good
