I want to start growing micro greens indoors but don’t know how, helpful advice or tips anyone, pls and thank you

    Make sure you get a terracotta pot and also check to see if the pot has drainage or a way of draining it. Pot should also be a foot deep. Add fertilizer every month so it grows faster!

    I use small trays with damp coco coir about an inch deep in the bottom. The seeds get sprinkled on the coco coir and then (in most cases) covered with another tray until they sprout. Then the top tray is removed and they grow under light until ready. The time will vary depending on what you're growing. Sunflower, pea, buckwheat, and nasturtium are my favorites. I get my seeds and trays from True Leaf Market (online). They also have a good how to section. Enjoy, they're tasty!

    I was surprised to find out it's not recommended to use regular ol' seeds... Apparently it's important to get either seeds intended for micro green production, or to harvest your own seeds from plants you allow to mature.

      Using garden seeds would be very expensive.
