Removed a spent flower from my Tomato plant, found this Tomato underneath. It kinda looks like twins to me but I don't know. What's going on?

KatomaroseYou aren't supposed to remove the flowers.... that's what gets pollinated and turns into a tomato.

It was already pollinated and wilted, leaving the baby tomato underneath
