Hi, peoples! I had a spinach question. I soaked my seeds last night with the intention to plant them today. However, I wasn’t thinking and soaked every single seed despite having no intention to plant them all this year. If I let the seeds dry out and save them for the next season will they still be okay to plant?

    Agreed, probably not, BUT if you let one or two plants go to seed at the end of the season, you can save your own seeds. To be fair, I've never grown spinach, so I have no idea if it'd be easy like it is with other leafy greens.
