I'm in hill country texas, and we just had our Easter snap a couple days ago. My poor little Peter pepper didn't make it but my tomatillos are doing great!

    Your pepper might be ok. Trim off those bottom leaves that look dead and keep any leaves that look turgid. It should get new leaves at the nodes from the old ones. I see peter peppers in your future.
