I have never been quite successful in growing vegetables, but this year I am determined!! I live in north east Ohio (weather is WILD right now) and I bought a raised garden bed to use, and I’m curious when I should start my seedlings inside. Does it really matter if it’s cold outside if it’s warm in here? I definitely waited too long last year and never got a crop. Any tips welcome!
I’m new to growing from seed (and being a plant mum in general) and I started my seeds last month iirc. (Chillies, tomatoes and eggplants) our last frost is end of may so I’ll start the hardening off process around then before putting some outside (tomoatoes and eggplants; chillies are going to stay indoors here)

You should start them inside so they can get bigger, then either keep them inside, or transition them outside when it gets warmer.
