I got my first bucket of russet potatoes today! Can I eat them now or do I need to wait a few days!

    I planted potatoes it’s been 3 months I have nothing but stems

      I planted mine February 7th, I felt all around the bucket and didn’t think I had anything ether, so I dumped one out and these came out, I definitely should have left them until all the stems were completely brown and falling over, I say just stick it through honestly!
