Does anyone know why my rosemary is drooping at the tops of all the stems and how to fix it? I’ve been following the water guide which is once every two weeks.

Rosemary loves to be near a vent. As much sun and air blowing on it as possible!

Water when dry and not by a schedule. It needs lots of direct sun, 6 hours to 8 hours a day at least. It looks like it needs more light. The branches look a little thin. The leaves are typically dense when the plant is thriving. Additional lighting and fertilizer should help with that.
