Any one have any tips on leaf curl in peppers as well as whatever this is? (It is in the leaf)

    Several things can cause the pepper leaves to be curled/bumpy/bubbly. Check for insects. If no insects, then, it could be edema where the plant takes in too much water and releases it through water blisters in the leaves per google. There is actually a Curled Leaf Pepper Virus per wiki. Most web sites state to just remove the leaf.

      This is my second year over wintering this plant and I remember it doing the same thing just not as early on. All the winter leaves that looked bad just shed and it made some large happy leaves while it lived in the garden. Hopefully that’s the case this year
