    I pick when at 4 or 5 inches. If you let them get too big, they can get bitter and cucs grow super fast.

    My cucumbers are not doing good at all this year. I just realized I didn’t use compost. I wonder if it’s too late. They have been planted over a month.

      I don’t think it would hurt to too dress with compost. You yield may not be great but it’s worth a try! The nice thing about cucumbers is even a low yield plant is still way more than I need.

      I have some that has started to sprout so I’m just going to continue to use fertilizer.
