   It looks healthy. Unfortunately it’s bolting(going to seed). You want to harvest it before it flowers. Flowering can change the flavor and not for the better. I’ve always found cilantro very challenging because it’s seems to bolt at the drop of the hat.

   I found that Planta provides adequate reminders of trimming the flowers.
