hey there! just getting into gardening and bought habenero peppers, artichokes, parsley, basil, heirloom tomatoes, shallots, and green onion. any advice/tips as well as what to do to prevent pests from eating them? I’ve heard of putting cayenne powder and/or used coffee grounds. I have them out in the backyard where it gets the most sun (I live in southern orange county) any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

They look great! If the tomato plant gets a bit too tall in your opionion you can always cut it shorter and it will still be happy. And give it support like a long stick or smth like that. If is really sunny like a heatwave then water them. Goodluck with the others!
