Gardening & planting is totally new for me, YouTube says 9-12 months before harvesting. Yet I feel like my Yuca/Cassava plants are thriving, anyone know if it’s ready for me to pull?

    You usually wait until the leaves turn yellow and drop. That normally happens at the end of season. You can pull it earlier if you don’t mind a smaller root.
