My String of Pearls is about to bloom š¤©
Current project. This is my grandmas and she actually managed to under water it. I wish Iād taken a before pic from about a month ago when almost all of them were weird and wrinkly/ droopy/ squishy. I gave it a good watering and in about a week most of them looked pretty good! Now Iām going to cut and reroot some of these and get it looking all full again. I left some stems because I think they might sprout new growth? Wish me luck š ššµā¤ļø
cross posted in problems- hiya, i have a succulent garden with a few varieties in one pot. iām worried there might be a rot issue but iām unsure. If i have to i can remove and separate the plants permanently but i enjoy how they look all together. Iāve attached pictures of the main issue plant as well as the pot as a whole for context. Iām so scared of losing the whole thing. iām trying to propagate some bear paws out of here but weāll see plants in pot- panda plant, bear paw, elephant bush var, elephant bush non var, california sunset, ripple jade and one mystery one i canāt place the name of
Hello all! Iām a newer plant mama, but iāve had succulents/cacti for a while now, like maybe over a year, and they looked like they havenāt grown at all. is that normal? they are still tiny They are all healthy and recently repotted and fertilized. thanks in advance!
Seeing some āspotsā/scarring on the tops of most of her leaves - new since buying from the nursery. Also seeing a pink tip developing on one of the leaves I suspect is sun burn from being in the windowsill.
This is Grandolf my new son Iām not too sure what kinda cactus he is but I wanna give him the best life I can so any tips about soil and drainage will definitely help he needs to be repotted Iām sure
So I have a Christmas Aloe and people say that when they mature they get spikey and if you touch it you get stungā¦. Is this true?
I need help! My plant is getting sicker and sicker and I donāt know how to fix it. I have a Christmas a echeveria succulent and Dr. Planta isnāt helping very much and I donāt know what to do. It had yellow leaves so I put it outside slowly getting it used to the sun. Then it started turning brown! š¢ I then put it back in the shade but it didnāt help. So finally I placed it in my room w a grow lamp. I am lost and not sure what to do.
I was just gifted two massive Jade plants from my job! They were going to be thrown out, and I was offered to take them home instead. Iāve always dreamed of getting my own giant Jade plant! I plan on eventually transporting them into brand new terracotta pots instead of their plastic ones. The first Jade is doing quite well, however I cannot say the same for the second one. The second one is looking a little faded & withered, and one trunk looks like itās on its way out. Iāve never cared for giant Jades like these, if anyone could give some tips, that would be greatly appreciated!
My variegated jade keeps shriveling up and I canāt figure out why?? Itās in the same light as all my succulents, gets watered at the same time (ground watering, every other week), it has the same soil. But for some reason the only time Iāve gotten it to thrive is through water propagations??? I tried soil propagating it and they all died. I even planted one of the propagations I was super proud of and it ALSO shriveled up and died!!! Itās JUST the stems too! The leaves are completely fine and healthy!
I noticed my donkey tail is loosing its bottom leaves, is this ok?
Hi plant people, I need some Help! My elephant bush has this going on, on her leaves. Sheās throwing out new growth but I noticed this today. What is it? Can I treat it? And how? Thank you in advance! Picture of how it started and how itās going. (It was originally 2 of those small ones)
New to succulents, I think there are 4-5 different plants here? What are they and do they all have the same care profile or should they be separated?
Does anyone know what type of succulent this is? I started noticing what appears to be dried up spots today, any ideas why?
Euphorbia Ferox āLazlorus.ā It looks like a crustacean cage match that is always yelling āfight!ā
My SENECIO ARTICULATUS named āOoo.ā Part of the draw of succulents for me is how they look like little fortresses, or monoliths, orā¦resemble a cartoon house I want to live in ha.
Does anyone know what this little guy is? Planta thought it was jade but Iām not sure. The label just says itās an āassorted succulent.ā I made my best guess.
Any guesses? Could really use some help š
Do Red Pagodaās flower? It certainly looks like it. But I couldnāt find anything on Google. š¤
I would love some guidance about my Narrow-leaf Chalksticks who is nearly 3-feet tall! Is there a way to get new leaves on the bare stem, or could I chop off the top and replant that part?
