Any suggestions on what to do with these guys? I grouped them together because theyāre showing similar issues. The bottom leaves are shriveling up and dropping off. The big one is a cotyledon, the two smaller are kolanchoes, and the last one is a molekenisis (I think). Iām not normally a great succulent owner, so Iāve been following plantaās advice. Most of my other succulents are doing fine, but these ones are struggling. Any help appreciated!

Iām going to go research best way to pot up 5 starter Schlumbergera plants š¬
I just gently placed them all together in this succulent pot 6ā shallow exterior glazed clay pot with drainage.
Now Iām afraid that probably wonāt work because it is 5 plants & they get really big. I didnāt get any tags & it was growers choice but all holiday cactus šµ š
Wish me luck š š
I really need to stay off Etsy for a while š

My Optunia microdasys rufida cactus is doing great. It gets east sun and is directly by the window. I had some pieces that broke off whole when I was moving the pot to water it. I decided to let them callous and stick them into new pots in cactus (fast drying) soil. From this point Iām a bit lost. I donāt know if I should pull them up and check for root growth or ignore them? Itās hard to keep them in upright position, anchored in dirt with this type of cactus until they are established. How long and how often should I water the new starts? I donāt want them to rot, but I donāt want to kill them. Should I fertilize in the Spring and with what? Lots of questions. The main plant is doing great, but Iām not as confident about getting the propagations going strong. Thank you in advance!

Hi yāall! Does anyone know what this little white spot is on my Panda Plant? Iirc it showed up a while after I had gotten a little water on him but itās starting to eat away his leaf a little so Iām kinda worried. How do I get rid of it?

Iām so happy with the growth of my string of pearls. It started out in this tiny teacup at a flower shop and now itās thriving in its coffee mug. Once spring hits Iām going to transfer it over to a bigger pot with proper drainage. ā¤ļø
Hi this is my first string of plant and Iām very nervous. I got it a month and a half ago now. She started out very long but then some of her bananas started turning black and dried. This keeps happening. I keep cutting it back. Iāve upped my water and hasnāt helped, and just yesterday moved it to a new spot with hopefully a little more light (East to West window). I donāt know what else to do and I donāt know what Iām doing wrong :( can someone please help me?

Hey all, just cant be sure which cactuses Iāve got here, can anybody help me identify them! Cactus One Planta tells me is a āTree Cactusā, Cactus Two I think is a āSilver Torch Cactusā but am not sure and Cactus Three I think is either a baby āOld Man Cactusā or an āOld Man of the Andesā.
Thanks in Advance.

āThe roots of this species will fill up the potāāis the only phrase I remember about this one. It did this year, and it was looking very confused.
Old photo shows the propagations I toyed with before I had to move.
Smashed up shale courtesy of a day of trilobite hunting in Delta, Utah (circa 2018). At the end of the dig, the owner told me take as much shale as I want. I didnāt have plants at the time, so I āonlyā took around 30 pounds for no good reason than decorating the yard. After a few years, most of the pieces froze/cooked/split into thin layers and revealed fossils. A guy painting my house had to remind me, āYou know you have trilobites in your yard?ā

Would you all just cut these off now that the flowers are dry and itās not making more flowers? Anything to do with the flowers/pollen?
Thanks!

Are Lichen considered a succulent?š¤
Just cleaned up my garden today and brought in the plants for winter. I didnāt forget the lichens I found after a big storm back in June. They got a prime spot on my porch next to the screen. Lol

My once beautiful variegated jade is not soft and limp and dropping leaves. Nothing has changed with the watering and just a bit less light due to the season changing. Could this be some sort of infection or powdery mildew? Iāve brought this plant back from powdery mildew once over a year ago and it had been thriving until a few weeks ago.

I have two things.
1. Iām in Florida. Should I take the same winter care steps as other states? I feel like itās a stupid question, but I have some seeds sprouting.
2. Just repotted these guys. Are the pots too big or no?

I have about 8 kalanchoe, all different colors. If I pot them in one huge pot, will they keep their original colors? My peonies outside all blended which is why Iām asking.
