really want to try putting my cacti/succs out since it’s been getting warmer but I definitely don’t want them to burn so I put them in the shade — am I making a mistake?? Also not sure if the SOH will do fine out here bc I’m also debating on putting my SOP next to them. Any advice??

i was gifted these beautiful babies do i propagate if so for how long or can i just repot them immediately
Does anyone have any idea what on earth this is? I’ve had it for a very long time and nothing has been able to identify it yet. Don’t judge my ponytail holding it up…🤣
Hi everyone! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I think that my plant needs to be potted? The roots don’t look long enough tho. What should I do?
I accidentally bumped into my desk hard and knocked over one of my succulents and she broke off some of her leaves 😭 do I need to replant her and cut off the other bottom leaves as well?
Got these babies for $1 each 😍… at the grocery store of all places lol I’m notorious for killing every “string of ____” I touch (I’ve tried them all lol), but I’ve been taking notes from all you succulent masterminds out there and I think I can do it this time! 🤞🏼🌵🪴
I’ve had this succulent since last year and she started out small like they normally do. At this point however, she’s tipping precariously into another pot. Im not sure why or if they’re anything I can do to prevent it. Is my best bet to cut off the top and replant?
hello. here are all my cactus/succulents. Their names are from left to right: Prickly Ann, Fauna, Sam, & Pink Lily
Hey yall! So I rescued this aloe plant from my cousins. It was really droopy and it got ripped from its roots, however she’s still kicking and even has a new little guy growing from the center. However the middle guys are not as stable as some of the outer ones, I took some plant Velcro and will loosen it little by little every time I water it. But I just noticed before I went to bed they were having a bit of trouble even standing up all together. So my question is, after all that I know haha, if I take a fork, it’s all I have right now don’t judge me I’m new at this😂, and stick it like this to support them even more will that effect the plant? Also any advice you have to help this guy would be much appreciated because I’m still super new at plants and barely know what I’m doing🤣🤣
Hi guys! I got this Christmas cactus from my mom about a month ago that was from my grandpa.. any tips you guys recommend? Does it look okay? It sits in an east facing window and has a grow light as well. Idk if it’s too much light or not.. any help would be appreciated so I can keep this plant thriving so I can pass it down to my baby when he gets older!
Hey can i pollinate the same flower on this cactus. I’ve never pollinated a cactus so not sure how it works? It’s a Echinocereus melanocentrus if that makes a difference!
Hi everyone!! Just looking for some help with my succulent. I’m pretty sure it’s a Mexican Snowball but I’m not 100% sure because where I bought it from didn’t offer much identification. Out of all my plants it’s been an issue for the longest time with the lower leaves always eventually turning yellow then drying up and falling off, this is an issue that I have not been able to fix despite changing its watering schedule several times. In addition to this it has recently started to grow with a lean that I do not know how to fix. I’ve attached images to make it easier to understand what I am talking about. Any help would be amazing thank you all so much!!
Hello! Got this beauty recently. I love jade plants and am wondering and quietly hoping it’s a variegated Jade? Any opinions welcome. Please and thanks!🪴😊
Hi everyone! I’m a new succulent mama. Im struggling with the identification of my succulent, it seems like it’s from the Echeveria Rosea family but I’m not sure. One leaf has a hole in it and it’s worrying me because that wasn’t there originally. I keep Tunisia (the succulent) outside to retain sun and bring her in on the rainy nights, and I water her when the soil is bone dry. Is that hole my fault, and is there anything I can do to prevent it?
New pot for this old gal 🤩 8” to 10” plus extra depth. It was floor to ceiling roots in the former
Hi! My little jade plant is curling up his leaves. Does anyone know what this means?
Hey everyone! I’m really new to plants, especially succulents of any type, im looking for help/recommendations for this cute plant! When I got it, it was shorter but since I’ve had it and potting it in this planter it has grown taller. If anyone has any advice on how to best care for this plant please let me know! I have it in a window that gets about 4-6 hours of direct sunlight, and I water it approximately 1 a week when I feel the soil is dry. My other succulent started to grow really leggy (not sure the correct term 😂) and I found out it wasn’t getting enough sunlight and was stretching pretty significantly so I chopped it and repotted and put in a window that gets more sunlight so I want to make sure this plant is also getting the correct care. Sorry for the long post but I wanted to give as much detail as I could 😂 Edit: also, if anyone can help me figure out what type of succulent that is it would be appreciated! Planta is saying it’s a “crassula ovata” but it doesn’t look like that to me.
Name that succulent… ogre ears?
Humidity question - is the humidifier I’m using for my tropical plants too close to my cactus/succulents? I haven’t noticed any signs of stress but wanted to confirm they’re not receiving too much moisture. Thanks!
Beautiful
