The bunny succulent has its ears!
Any tips? So far, the lithops grew roots however seem a bit wrinkly even though I watered but I’ll leave them be. My conophytum still hasn’t rooted but hopefully it likes this new soil mix. My cactus I grew from a seed and recent put him in this pot since I think the full organic was getting too much
My bag fell and hit my succulent! Ripped part of her off :( I’m new with succulents but should I remove the remaining part that’s now exposed? Is there a specific way to do so? And could I use either of these parts to grow another succulent?
New and first Titanopsis. I have already repotted it into a wider pot now.
My first Elephant Bush. I got lucky and found it when the seller was downsizing! Its huge!
Anyone know how to get this lil baby out of here, or if I should leave in there? I’ve heard something about the mother plant dying once it creates a lil babe..
This one was meant to be shoved in the ground as "landscaping." It exploded with growth for a few months, but started lagging. So, let's dig it up. The soil was like wet cement in the bottom six inches of the pot. I mixed in a bunch of shale, lava, clay, and a decent amount of the original soil. Note that I broke my scissors and had to use a saw - and that still took 20 minutes before I could wedge the plant.
Help! My mother in laws Jade Plant is in dire need of my attention and I don’t know where to start! I’m sure it shouldn’t have dangling branches but I’m reluctant to cut it as it’s 15 years old but if I have to I can chop prop and replant. I’ll defo repot it just as soon as I’ve got enough medium haha.
Uh oh! I think my monkey tail has mealy bugs. What do you guys use to get rid of them?
Anyone have an idea on what this plant might be? It’s definitely a succulent but I’ve had it for over 2 years now and while it’s cool with how much it’s grown(it was originally only a couple inches tall) I don’t remember what plant it actually is and want to make sure I’m caring for it correctly. Any ideas would be helpful🌱
This funky guy is one of my favorite succulents. He lives at my office under a grow light. Phyllobolus resurgens
Anyone know what kind of succulent this is? Planta said it’s a zebra plant but I have a zebra plant and this doesn’t look like it or have the white bumps on it
Coming out of dormancy!
What is happening to my dragon fruit cactus 🐉🍎🌵? Is it corking?
anyone know what this is?
Addendum to the last post due to having a "Hey, look where you are now!" moment.
Can you tell which of my four Euphorbia mammilaria is newest? I'll tell you that the green one is my favorite.
My succulent has a new growth. I need help. How can I do to reproduce them?. This is my first succulent. I've had since this spring.
Hi, my Christmas Cactus is dropping clades. Any tips would be appreciated. I water and mist once a week. Thanks
Okay. So. I feel like I know some of the answers I’m already going to get here already, but here goes… Ever since I got this little guy he’s been stretching and stretching and lost the red colouring. I KNOW that’s lack of sunlight. I put it in a south facing window for a while and it didn’t seem to help unfortunately. In the meantime it also got a lot of edema I think because I was afraid to water it too much so may have been too irregular. I have since moved to an apartment with no south windows :( it is currently under a very bright grow light that has been known to scorch my basil, but it’s only gotten more etoliated. Now, its leaves are really drooping down quite dramatically - is that from overwatering or just lack of sunlight? Some advice would be much appreciated! Note that this photo was before moving to the grow light.
