Does anyone know what this white fluffy stuff is on my echevariaâs roots? I went to water it today as per planta and the soil is all dried up so he could use a good soak. I bottom water only so perhaps itâs from that? The roots donât smell like anything so I donât think itâs root rot and theyâre not mushy. Could it be a mould?? He lives in a bright window and is otherwise very happily popping out new leaves and even got his red tips back. Dr planta again says overwatered but I only water as per its schedule (last watered on the 12th) and always lift him outta his nursery pot to check the soil wetness first. (Nursery pot has drainage, decorative pot doesnât but he get drip dried before going back in the decorative one)

Iâm not sure what happened. My plant was fine yesterday (overgrowing the pot a bit) and today it fell out and left me with this. Should I have repotted it sooner? Iâm so sad đ. Any chance of saving it? Iâve got another one thatâs doing the same thing. Was I supposed to cut it back? I donât know much about succulents⊠I was just happy that they were low maintenance. đđ€
My string of pearls is starting to look shriveled, and I noticed itâs lost some pearls from the middle of some strands. Iâm a notorious overwaterer and have already lost one to root rot. Iâve been careful not to over water this one. The soil is bone dry, maybe a little hydrophobic, last watered about 2 weeks ago. Is she just thirsty?
Sheâs so pretty.
Anyone know what this is called? It came with my apartment when I moved in three months ago, the last tenants left it. Havenât done anything with it yet, itâs gotten some rain and is on my porch where I found it. It seems happy enough but would like to look it up so I can treat it right! Thanks!
I started noticing that the bottom part of my cactus is turning brownish. I was wondering if itâs normal or too far gone. What can I do to make it look better? I water it every three weeks.
So I let my brother take care of my succulent while I was away for a bit and he gave it wayyy too much sun. Its leaves are really squishy and it's brown. How do I help it to recover?
What would cause squishy leaves on my jade plant? I got this plant very recently, and made the mistake of keeping it in my bathroom for a few weeks. Thereâs a south-facing window in there so the light is good but I think the humidity was too high, and now itâs dropped a bunch of leaves and the ones still there are very squishy. My Planta app is recommending I water today, but I donât want to make the problem worse. Iâm also not 100% sure if overwatering is whatâs causing it. Should I just hold off on watering and see what happens?
Look at how much my baby has grown đ
just got some repotting before summer âïžđ±

Hi there!! Iâm a new plant mom and I just watered this little one. When I took a closer look at her, I noticed this white growth in the tip of my cactusâŠ. Is this normal or is this some type of fungus?
Have lots of new growth on my bunny ear cactus and my domino cactus is hopefully going to bloom soon. Canât wait to see what it looks like!!
Just want to brag on how well my string of tears has done since getting her!đ
Love seeing my plants thrive in the spring! đ”
New to these kind. Any advice at all? Like i just received them and water them in their 2 inch pot that they came in. They look like they need to be repotted. What do u all think? And if so what soil and i know to only go a size up pot wise. I have them in the window under a little grow light. Should i leave the grow light on 24:7 for them or no keep it on the timer?
What is going on with my aloe đ đ đ
I'm not positive I have my cactus listed as the correct variety, so please let me know for sure what it is. It is growing tall and doing well but can't support itself. Any suggestions on how to help it thicken up and now grow so slender in hopes it can support itself? Or open to better support suggestions. Thanks!
