My indoor succulent has had some babies and also needs to be repotted. How should I propagate the babies and keep them alive? Any tips would be appreciated! I believe last summer I plopped them in some dirt with some other plants outside and they grew, but it is too cold for that still.
I picked this guy up at the farmers market this morning. I believe this is a burro or burrito tail? Based on what Iâve read so far, theyâre fragile and I should find a good spot for it and then never touch it again. Water when itâs all the way dry. And if Iâm going to repot I should do it now and then let it be. Sound about right?
Iâm not sure what this is, and I canât remember where I got it from but Iâm doing something right, I think, because it has not stopped growing. I did repot it once maybe 2-3 years ago. Any insights or comments would be welcome!
Hey all! Any ideas what I can do with this aloe? Itâs grown a lot in the past couple months under a grow light, but now itâs getting top heavy and doesnât really fit in the area. A few lower leaves arenât as sturdy, but Iâm not sure if itâs just cause theyâre older leaves or if itâs drying out? I watered it recently (plant care info attached). The trellis doesnât seem to be helping much. I thought about cutting it to prop, but Iâve never done that and wouldnât know how or where to start! There is a little root growing out the bottom but I donât know if it needs to be repotted. Any tips and advice would be really helpful and appreciated đ
Nettie is happy, I think. The wrinkling is just the outter leaves giving up and making way for the ones forming in the centerâŠright?
Ok so I have an aloe vera plant and it seems like when succulent leaves break off. f First how do I propagate it? Also it seems that they lean too far out the pot. Is it time to repot or is there a way to support the succulent leaves. The plant is completely healthy.
(photo update) hi! iâm somewhat new to the cacti world! i was gifted a few plants here recently. i have read a few articles stating how tone to water, ranging from 1-2 weeks to 4-6 in the winter. one of my cacti on this app, currently says the next day to water is over a month away. where i live its 80° daily. my plants are indoors under lights 13 hours a day. does this seem right? iâm honestly so lost on how to ACTUALLY care for these guys. any help on how any of you water, would be greatly appreciated! ty!! :3
At work someone had a large tray of arrowheads they were gifting, and I was like oh I have that already, but HIDING under the leaves was this little teeny thang. I hope itâs happy in its new home đĄ đ„°
Where do you all buy your cactus online?
What plant is this called, and does it look healthy
Found this cactus at Home Depot, but I donât know what kind it is. The pot says âcactus with decorative flower.â Planta keeps identifying it as an apple cactus, or a fake holiday cactus but I donât think it is based on what those cacti look like. Any help or info is greatly appreciated!!!
Cactus & Succulent show in Capitola was awesome! Some great scores!

Recently got some Hen and Chick plants from a friends garden. They have only been here ~a week but have started to put out these stems. At first I thought they were flowers but now Iâm not sure. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
If yall would like to give me some tips on my Aloes? Greatly appreciated! Watered on the 21st, normally water every 20 days, but they seem like they are drying out faster since the warmer weather.
