My grandma has had this cactus for a few months it started pushing out a little baby what would be a good next step?
my euphorbia white ghost hasnât grown the entire time iâve had it, i got it last september. does anyone have any tips on how to make it grow more. i have it directly in a west facing window (my highest light window) and i dont fertilize it (just cause i dont know much about that, but am open to it). itâs in a plastic pot and i havenât repotted it since getting it, but checked today to see if it needed to and i dont.
First time post. So happy with this beauty. First flower to bloom since I got she starter 2 years ago đ„°đ„°
Ok I REALLY want a bear paw cactus đ€ does anyone have one that has tips or is willing to tell me if itâs a difficult plant? Thank u đ
Hi guys! I have this plant for the first time and Iâm mot sure what happened to it. Is it trying to reproduce itself? I believe it happened overnight
Does anyone know what kind of cactus this is?
Im still a complete newbie! But when adding my plants to this app, it asks how far from window, itâs about 15â from the window so Iâve been putting the max but then thought, should I change it since they have lights? Also is there a way to set it to lights âyesâ under the Site so I donât have to go in to each one every time? Itâs a gloomy day, but generally they do get some very in direct sun light through the day from a few windows, and then in the evening more sun comes through. Please let me know any other app tips!! đ The large one in front of the cactus is getting moved and repotted today, I got him yesterday.
I have this extremely dark built in bookcase that I've been cleaning off and trying to figure out what to do with. I decided it would be perfect for some of my little cactus. Obviously going to need plant lights. Any recommendations? I have the stick on under shelf ones but I'm afraid they won't be bright enough.
My kids got me this beautiful Prickly Pear Cactus for Motherâs Day. đ€©
Does anybody know what this little thing is thatâs growing out of my cobweb houseleek???
I have this gorgeous succulent, but she has many tiny spider like bug that is crawling through her soil. I donât know if these bugs are bad or good, Iâm guessing theyâre not good. Does anyone have any tips on how to repel them? I have a citronella plant and I put some of the oil on the outside of the pot. Is citronella ok to use on the actual plant? I could really use some help so all recommendations will be considered and helpful. Thank you so much.
Gave my cacti a lil upgrade:) Super happy to see one of my original guys flowering! First pic is what they looked like before I added/repotted.
I have this Barrel cactus, and I noticed these white yellow ish things. Anyone know what these are and are they hurting the cactus?
Not sure about this aloe plant. It keeps tipping over. I just put it on the patio yesterday
My leatherpetal is blooming!
This is my cactus! Iâm new to the plant community and I just wanted to say hello to everyone!
I got this guy some months ago and cleared out all the dead leaves and so forth. The offshoots are doing great. Those seem to have stronger roots now. My question is why do I keep getting tips to shrivel and brown? I only water when bone dry. He seems healthy and happy and actually kind of perked up when I removed the undergrowth (probably 4+ months back.) is this normal?
I adopted a guinea fowl aloe from a local woman whoâs moving across the state. That pot is a good 16â or so. Her name is Calypso. She has a pretty offshoot there on the right. If there is anything you see that needs to be done let me know. The pot has drainage. Watered and fertilised today.
I posted on here a few days back about my cactus arriving damaged and me trying to save it.. this is where I'm at, I water it with a spray bottle every couple of days as it looks like it's drying out? But some parts are sticking some not... Should i keep going as I know will take a while to fix.. if so what's the other alternative? Plant the broken part in the soil??
I picked up a few new babies today!! Also a pot I fell in love with but does not have a drainage hole, any suggestions? Iâm afraid to drill one because I donât want to crack it! Iâd like to use it for the String of Turtles, but I can also find a non draining friendly plant đ
