What is wrong with this guy? Seems like it’s sick down at the bottom? I found a couple little mushrooms that sprouted up in the middle of the pot too. I’m assuming that means it’s getting too moist & humid? The other plants in the pot look fine. I’m planning to transfer them to terracotta pots. But I’m worried it’s like diseased or something?
I love putting my succulents on my back deck in the summer. Look at all that new growth!

I bought these babies today, and I also bought a porcelain pot, but I realized it doesn’t have holes, what I want to do is a little succulent garden, should I do it anyways with this porcelain pot? Or should I look for another option ? I was thinking maybe I can do holes on it, but I think I would break it because is a porcelain pot. What do you guys think? I need some help 🪴💕🙏🏼
Does anyone know the name of this little plant? It has a lot of babies on the bottom as you can see. I already reported some of them and they’re doing ok so far

I have a small succulent that I bought from Waitrose 7 days ago i put him/her I don’t know next to a window do I need to do anything + when do I water 💦my plant 🪴 just a small succulent
My poor baby elephant bush is looking so sad, I don’t know what to do about it D: She’s getting full sunlight and I only water her when her soil is dried up. I already gave her fertilizer and I talk to her all the time, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong
Two stunning succulents have really grown in one of my indoor succulent gardens. 2nd is Echeveria agavoides wild horse and first is Echeveria Yeon Deung.
Identification Help! Please help! I picked these up at Home Depot but have no idea what kind of cacti they are. Anytime I scan it, it tells me it’s a toothpick (left - I’m not convinced) and mammilaria (right).
Heads up! I’m not sure if it’s at all Lowe’s but mine had a ton of succulents for only $6.98 each! They were in nursery pots. I repotted them. I was only going to get one, but ……

My jade keeps loosing leaves that are shriveled and the underside of the leaves are turning red! Helppp!! What’s going on?

This is Sigmund, as in Sigmund and the Sea Monsters - you can see the resemblance. Sigmund started off with a flower AND a miniature present on its head in 2021. He started off 2022 in a pot with no drainage that was then accidentally exposed to torrential rain. Here he is. I’m still not 100% on the species, but here he is.
Got some pencil cactus cuttings off Etsy for 5 bucks, hope they root. I really only needed one or two but they sent quite a few.
