Can anyone help me identify this succulent? Each one is maybe an inch in diameter, so I guess they’re babies lol but google is giving me so many different answers, of course 😂 I got a small pot of baby succulents, there was 3 of these in the pot, at the local nursery and the gal working that day didn’t know for sure what it was either. Any info would be helpful, thank you in advance! 😊
Does anyone know why I can’t get the leaves on my string of pearls to fill out ?
Any ideas why the bottom peas are turning white? They’re all pretty healthy and the top is all green until you get to the bottom peas so I don’t feel like she’s variegated 🤷🏼♀️ maybe fertilizer imbalance or something but I dunno lol I like her purple though 😂
I found one mealybug on my gasteria pillansii yesterday and killed it by dabbing 70% isopropyl alcohol on it. From what I can tell, that seemed to have been the only bug on the plant. 🤞 If anyone has experience dealing with mealybugs, I am waiting to know if I should spray the entire plant with 70% isopropyl alcohol to kill off any bugs or eggs that I cannot see or should I wait to see if any more bugs appear on the plant before doing so? I am afraid if I spray the entire plant I am going to damage or kill it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey!! A friend gifted me by first cactus! Anyone able to tell me what this specific one is so I can do some research?? Any tips would be HUGELY appreciated. I’m getting used to the house plant life but cactus currently scare me so i’m glad my friend forced me to take the plunge ahaha!
Got this Christmas cactus a few days ago and soil started to turn white/gray??? What is this??
Hey all! I have a little Aloe Vera plant and it suddenly grew a stem with buds! I adjusted the grow light so the buds got a little more light and they started shriveling up. Is this normal? Any tips for flowering aloes and does it happen multiple times or was that it? Thanks!
My mom gave me this succulent garden that is out of control a little. Any recommendations on what to do with it? She bought it and forgot about it and so it's been sitting on its own for a while. I counted about 20-25 baby succulents. The two long ones are growing roots (i think?) out of the place they dropped their leaves

Hi I was just wondering if anyone knew why some of the sections of my cactus suddenly died. Two of them went yellow, soft and then just fell off. I haven’t noticed any more dead spots but I don’t want to lose anymore. Anyone know what I did wrong??

Does anyone know how I can get my thanksgiving cactus to grow or flower? It was propagated about a year ago and I haven’t seen any growth or anything and the flower fell off a week after I got it.
String of pearls has white mold. I sprayed with fungicide a couple days ago and mold is starting to go away. Was watered at least a couple weeks ago and soil is still moist. Should I repot with a succulent mix and perlite or just let it dry out? It’s currently in the generic nursery soil mix.

(posting for a friend) she was wondering how she could help her aeonium! she had it outside, and moved it inside when it started getting cold. i told her she could try to propogate that one healthy looking leaf. other than that im not sure what the cause of the brown might be. any help is greatly apprciated!!
Scale and rust versus Astrophytum. Has anyone else had the idea that you maybe over-fertilized your plants? It’s a working theory over here in my post-Scale🤞mad science lab, as I only recently decided to use fertilizer. Well, a theory based on the first results when looking up Scale about fertilizer often being a potential cause. Nitrogen levels, right? Note also that the plants affected by Scale in my collection are the meaty, round ones. Scale did not care for Lithops. It wanted fat Mammillaria and juicy echinopsis. My worries at the old house were over fruit flies and aphids until I stopped re-homing spiders (a polite way to say “vacuum the ceiling”). There are 0 spiders in my new place, and residents here feel the need to post about hypothetical spiders in a Facebook group. I did the whole de-louse and scrub with a hose (kitchen sink) on several cactus. It feels really strange to treat a plant with such temporary violence (I can’t think of a better word). I hate Scale.
could anyone tell me why the leafs at the bottom have fell off and why it’s tipping to one side?
Heya, so I’m very new to cacti and don’t reallyyy know much about them. I repotted this one over a week ago as it got too big for its original one. Then not long after I saw this green shoot coming out the soil. I’m just curious as to what it is and why it sprang up. If anyone could tell me and also the specific cactus type that would be great thanks.
What is this? Hey there! I found this plant abandoned at college. I figured it’s because it was looking puny and someone just didn’t want to take care of it. So I decided I could probably save it. I was just going to transfer it to a different pot and take a look at the root system while I was at it. I’m actually just wondering how to identify this plant. It’s obvious it’s a succulent but does anyone know what kind?? This is my first post… so Thanks in advance I’m thinking some kind of stonecrop??
STRING OF PEARLS QUESTION My new string of pearls soil is damp. It was watered 19 days ago. Is it weird that it’s still damp? Also some strands shriveled up and when I squeeze the beads they’re not entirely firm but not super squishy there’s a little give to them tho. Any thoughts on what to do? Should I leave it alone or is it over watered?
